600.030 Restrictions on regulations. The cabinet shall not issue administrative regulations to implement the provisions of this chapter unless the Juvenile Code specifically authorizes their issuance. Regulations, when issued, shall not exceed the bounds of the specific authorization provided in this chapter. Effective: July 1, 1987 History: Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 423, sec. 3, effective July 1, 1987.
