56.290 Authentication of records. The words "A copy attest" are sufficient authentication of any record or paper in the land office, when signed by the officer in charge of the land office or his deputy. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 4010.
