56.260 Plats and certificates of survey, how preserved. Plats and certificates of survey shall not be recorded, but the Secretary of State shall carefully preserve and systematically arrange them in his office, and keep a full and complete index of them. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 4017.
