56.010 Action for trespass or injury to state property. The Finance and Administration Cabinet shall institute civil proceedings in the name of the Commonwealth for any trespass or injury to state property under its control. History: Amended 1966 Ky. Acts ch. 255, sec. 56. -- Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 3947.
