45.640 Minimum skills. Nothing in KRS 45.560 to 45.640 shall require a contractor to hire anyone who fails to demonstrate the minimum skills required to perform a particular job. Effective: June 17, 1978 History: Created 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 130, sec. 10, effective June 17, 1978.
