44.040 Mileage allowance, how computed. When any allowance for mileage is made by the state, the number of miles shall be computed upon the route most usually traveled. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 341.
