417.240 Uniformity of interpretation. This chapter shall be so construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it. Effective: July 13, 1984 History: Created 1984 Ky. Acts ch. 278, sec. 20, effective July 13, 1984.
