413.125 Actions relating to personal property to be brought within two years. An action for the taking, detaining or injuring of personal property, including an action for specific recovery shall be commenced within two (2) years from the time the cause of action accrued. Effective: July 15, 1988 History: Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 224, sec. 5, effective July 15, 1988.
