41.320 Governor may require statement of condition of Treasury. The Governor may require, at any time, a full statement of the condition of the Treasury from the Finance and Administration Cabinet, Treasurer, and the state depositories. The Treasurer shall, at all times when called upon by the Governor, exhibit his or her books and accounts of the Treasury and all cash on hand or on deposit.
