39E.160 Response to be consistent with plan. After the state commission approves plans developed by each local emergency planning committee, emergency response organizations of each city, county, urban-county government, and charter county government shall respond in a manner consistent with those plans. Effective: July 15, 1998 History: Created 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 226, sec. 73, effective July 15, 1998.
