395.657 Trial commissioner may make settlement. Any duty required of the District Judge under KRS 395.600 to 395.655 may, if authorized by rules of the Supreme Court, be performed by the trial commissioner appointed pursuant to KRS 24A.100. Effective: June 17, 1978 History: Created 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 12, sec. 6, effective June 17, 1978.
