386A.4-050 Dissolution and winding up of a series. (1) (2) (3) A series may be dissolved and its activities and affairs may be wound up without causing the dissolution of the statutory trust. The dissolution and winding up of a series does not abate, suspend, or otherwise affect the application of KRS 386A.3-040. The dissolution and winding up of a series does not abate, suspend, or otherwise affect the application of KRS 386A.4-020(1). Effective: July 12, 2012 History: Created 2012 Ky.
