38.180 Member absent without leave. (1) (2) The commission of any officer who absents himself without leave for three (3) months shall be vacated, and he may be dropped from the rolls of the National Guard and dismissed from service and be subject to punishment under the Kentucky Code of Military Justice. When an enlisted man of the National Guard absents himself without leave and there is reason to believe that he does not intend to return, he may be dropped from the rolls. History: Amended 1954 Ky.
