365.060 Contracts violating KRS 365.020 to 365.050 are void. Any contract, express or implied, made in violation of any of the provisions of KRS 365.020 to 365.050 is an illegal contract and no recovery shall be had thereon. History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 4748h-9.
