364.110 Conversion of branded timber. No person shall unlawfully take, secrete, cut, saw, split up or destroy any timber branded as provided in this chapter, or remove it from the main stream on which it was taken up, with the intention of preventing the owner from finding it, or in any way convert it to his own use without the consent of the owner.
