362.2-808 Liability of general partner and person dissociated as general partner when claim against limited partnership barred. If a claim against a dissolved limited partnership is barred under KRS 362.2-806 or 362.2-807, then any corresponding claim under KRS 362.2-404 is also barred. Effective: July 12, 2006 History: Created 2006 Ky. Acts ch. 149, sec. 156, effective July 12, 2006.
