362.2-114 Office and agent for service of process. (1) (2) Each limited partnership shall designate and continuously maintain in this Commonwealth: (a) A designated office, which need not be a place of its activity in this Commonwealth; and (b) A registered office and agent for service of process at that office that comply with KRS 14A.4-010. Each foreign limited partnership qualified to transact business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky shall designate and continuously maintain in this Commonwealth a registered office and agent for service of process that comply with KRS 14A.4-010. Effective: January 1, 2011 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 101, effective January 1, 2011. -Created 2006 Ky. Acts ch. 149, sec. 93, effective July 12, 2006.
