359.210 Prohibition on using leased spaces for residential purposes. (1) (2) An operator shall not knowingly permit a leased space at a self-service storage facility or in a self-contained storage unit to be used for residential purposes. An occupant shall not use a leased space at a self-service storage facility or in a selfcontained storage unit for residential purposes. Effective: July 15, 2008 History: Amended 2008 Ky.
