344.290 Conciliation agreements, violation unlawful. It is an unlawful practice for a party to a conciliation agreement made pursuant to subsection (4) of KRS 344.200 to violate the terms of the agreement. History: Created 1966 Ky. Acts ch. 2, Art. 6, sec. 603.
