344.170 Commission's function. The function of the commission shall be to encourage fair treatment for, to foster mutual understanding and respect among and to discourage discrimination against any racial or ethnic group or its members. History: Created 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 76, sec. 3. Formerly codified as KRS 19.030.
