335.645 Immunity from personal liability. Members of the board and its agents shall be immune from personal liability in any action, civil or criminal, which is based upon any official act or acts performed reasonably and in good faith by the board member, agent, or employee. Effective: July 15, 1998 History: Created 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 525, sec. 11, effective July 15, 1998.
