329.140 Revoked or suspended license to be surrendered -- Enforcement. Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall forthwith surrender the license to the cabinet, and if the licensee fails to do so, the cabinet shall have the right to seize the same. History: Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 78, sec. 15.
