326.080 Renewal of licenses. (1) (2) A license to practice ophthalmic dispensing shall be renewed each year by the payment of a fee not to exceed seventy-five dollars ($75), unless the license has been suspended or revoked by the board. Effective January 1, 1996, as a prerequisite for license renewal, licensees shall provide adequate proof that they have obtained at least six (6) hours of continuing education credits, approved by the board, during the previous twelve (12) months.
