324B.020 Department of Professional Licensing within Public Protection Cabinet. The Department of Professional Licensing is hereby created within the Public Protection Cabinet. The department shall be managed by a commissioner, who shall be appointed by the Governor. Effective:April 11, 2017 History: Created 2017 Ky. Acts ch. 178, sec. 2, effective April 11, 2017.
