321.193 Veterinarian's license -- Requirements. The board shall issue a license as a "veterinarian" to an applicant who meets the following requirements: (1) Has paid the application fee and the appropriate examination fee; (2) Is a person of good moral character; (3) Has received a degree from a veterinary college approved by the board; (4) Has achieved a passing score, as set by the board by administrative regulation, on examinations required by administrative regulation promulgated by the board; and (5) Has complied with any other requirement of the board by administrative regulation.
