309.0814 Administrative regulations regarding supervisors of record. (1) (2) The board shall promulgate administrative regulations in accordance with KRS Chapter 13A to define the process to register with the board as a supervisor of record, including required supervisory training. A registered alcohol and drug peer support specialist shall only practice as an employee of a licensed facility or under the board-approved supervision of a certified alcohol and drug counselor or licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor. Effective: June 24, 2015 History: Created 2015 Ky. Acts ch. 29, sec. 9, effective June 24, 2015.
