304.9-750 Administrative regulations. (1) (2) The commissioner may promulgate reasonable administrative regulations for the implementation, interpretation, and administration of the provisions of KRS 304.9700 to 304.9-759. Insurers or reinsurers shall not continue to utilize the services of a reinsurance intermediary on and after July 14, 1992, unless utilization is in compliance with KRS 304.9-700 to 304.9-759. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 1090, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 155, sec. 11, effective July 14, 1992.
