304.9-290 Rights of agent following termination of appointment.

304.9-290 Rights of agent following termination of appointment. Following termination of an appointment and subject to the terms of any agreement between the agent and the insurer, the agent may continue to service, and receive from the insurer commissions or other compensation relative to, business written by him or her for the insurer during the existence of the appointment, so long as the agent continues to be licensed as to the kinds of insurance involved.
