304.9-250 Authority under license -- Assignability. (1) (2) Every license under this subtitle shall by virtue of such license have the right to transact business as authorized by the license throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. No such license, or registration under a firm or corporation license as provided by KRS 304.9-130 shall be assignable or transferable to another. Effective: June 18, 1970 History: Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 301, subtit. 9, sec. 25, effective June 18, 1970.
