304.9-190 Conduct of examinations.

304.9-190 Conduct of examinations. (1) (2) (3) The commissioner shall provide a reasonable opportunity to all applicants to take the examinations required by this subtitle. Examinations shall be held at least monthly at places in this state designated by the commissioner reasonably accessible to applicants, and at least weekly at Frankfort. The commissioner shall give, conduct, and grade all examinations in a fair and impartial manner and without unfair discrimination as between individuals examined. The commissioner may require a reasonable waiting period before reexamination of an applicant who has failed to pass a previous examination covering the same line of authority.
