304.44-130 Implementation delayed. These provisions establishing the mine subsidence insurance fund shall not be implemented until federal money is received by the department for administration costs and a reserve. However, the department may take any preliminary action to prepare for implementation when federal money is received. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky.
