304.44-090 Reports to administrator. Every insurer shall report at times designated by the administrator the amounts of premiums collected and shall report semiannually on dates established by the administrator an itemized list of all losses paid, including the policy number and location of structures insured pursuant to this subtitle and reinsured by the administrator. Effective: July 13, 1984 History: Created 1984 Ky. Acts ch. 167, sec. 9, effective July 13, 1984.
