304.38-191 Conversion and continuation rights upon termination of group coverage.

304.38-191 Conversion and continuation rights upon termination of group coverage. Any group policy, group plan, or group contract issued, delivered, or renewed by a health maintenance organization shall include continuation rights for certificate holders, pursuant to KRS 304.18-110, and conversion rights for certificate holders equal to that provided in KRS 304.18-114 subject to the minimum benefits specified in KRS 304.18120.
