304.38-140 Rehabilitation, liquidation, or conservation of health maintenance organization. Any rehabilitation or liquidation of a health maintenance organization shall be conducted under the supervision of the commissioner pursuant to and in accordance with Subtitle 33 of Chapter 304 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 1510, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 357, subtit. 38, sec. 14, effective June 21, 1974.
