304.32-290 Long-term health care benefits. All nonprofit, medical-surgical, dental, and health service corporations issuing long-term care coverage shall comply with KRS 304.14-600 to 304.14-625. Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Amended 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 423, sec. 8, effective July 14, 1992. -- Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 409, sec. 3, effective July 1, 1987.
