304.32-210 Application of Subtitle 2 to nonprofit hospital, medical-surgical, dental, and health service corporations. (1) (2) Nonprofit hospital, medical-surgical, dental, and health service corporations shall be subject to the provisions of KRS 304.2-210, 304.2-220, 304.2-230, 304.2-240, 304.2-250, 304.2-260, 304.2-270, 304.2-280, 304.2-290, 304.2-300, and Subtitle 2 of this chapter for determining financial condition, market conduct, and business practice. Each corporation subject to the provisions of this subtitle may own and invest or have invested any of its funds in its principal office building not to exceed an amount which would reduce its surplus, exclusive of the investment, below fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), unless approved by the commissioner.
