304.27-010 "Reciprocal insurance" defined. "Reciprocal insurance" is that resulting from an inter-exchange among persons, known as "subscribers," of reciprocal agreements of indemnity, the inter-exchange being effectuated through an "attorney-in-fact" common to all such persons.
