304.25-070 Governor's authority -- Effect of other laws. The Governor of this state, or his successor in office, alone shall have the power to proclaim and declare the fact that a period of "acute emergency" exists at any time or times, as such term is defined in this subtitle. Effective: June 18, 1970 History: Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 301, subtit. 25, sec. 7, effective June 18, 1970.
