304.17B-027 Exemption of Kentucky Access and the Office of Health Data and Analytics from state and local taxes. Kentucky Access and the Office of Health Data and Analytics shall be exempt from all taxes levied by the state or any of its subdivisions. Effective: June 27, 2019 History: Amended 2019 Ky. Acts ch. 90, sec. 23, effective June 27, 2019. -- Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 1285, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 476, sec. 14, effective July 14, 2000.
