304.17-370 Incontestability after reinstatement.

304.17-370 Incontestability after reinstatement. The reinstatement of any policy of noncancellable health insurance, or of any health policy containing a provision for incontestability, or a provision of similar nature, delivered or issued for delivery in this state subsequent to September 1, 1950, shall be contestable only on account of fraud or misrepresentation of facts material to the reinstatement and only for the same period following reinstatement as is provided in the policy with respect to the contestability thereof after the original issuance of the policy.
