299.440 Withdrawal of member -- Admission of members after organization. Any member of a company may withdraw therefrom at any time by giving thirty (30) days' written notice to the secretary, paying his share of all claims existing against the company, and surrendering his policy. Members may be admitted who reside or own property within the territorial limits in which the company is authorized to do business, upon the same terms and conditions as the original members, subject to the bylaws.
