259.990 Penalties. (1) (2) Any person who violates KRS 259.200 shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100), and each head of cattle trespassing shall constitute a separate offense. Any person who violates KRS 259.210 shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5) nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25). Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky.
