244.235 "Kentucky" wine -- Minimum requirements for use of Kentucky products. No wine sold in Kentucky shall contain on its label or elsewhere on the wine's retail container or package the word "Kentucky" or any other word or phrase implying that the origin of the wine is Kentucky, except in the name and address of the winery as required by federal laws or regulations, unless seventy-five percent (75%) of all grapes, grape juice, other fruits, other fruit juices, and honey used in making the wine were produced in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
