235.060 Issuance of licenses by county clerk and by department. All original, renewal and duplicate licenses for the operation of motorboats shall be issued by the county clerk in the county in which the motorboat is registered, except the department shall issue manufacturers' and dealers' registrations and registrations for federal and state agencies. Effective: January 1, 1990 History: Amended 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 163, sec. 6, effective January 1, 1990. -Amended 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 263, sec. 3, effective June 17, 1978. -- Amended 1974 Ky.
