224.50-135 Review requirement for proposed change in use of permitted site or facility. If a hazardous waste site or facility that has been permitted under KRS 224.50-130 for treatment, storage, or disposal of any of the substances identified in KRS 224.50-130(2) proposes to utilize the facility for the treatment, storage, or disposal of other waste, the proposed change shall be subject to review under KRS 224.46-520(1) and KRS 224.50130. Effective: July 15, 1994 History: Created 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 157, sec. 1, effective July 15, 1994.
