224.40-325 Grounds for denial of permit. Failure on the part of any applicant to demonstrate financial responsibility to construct and operate the waste site or facility in accordance with the administrative regulations promulgated by the cabinet shall be the grounds for denial of a permit. Effective: February 26, 1991 History: Amended 1991 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 12, sec. 39, effective February 26, 1991. -- Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 55, sec. 2, effective June 21, 1974.
