223.450 Compliance with KRS 223.405 to 223.460 necessary to work in Kentucky. All water well drillers and water well driller's assistants, before doing any water well related work in Kentucky, must comply with KRS 223.405 to 223.460 notwithstanding comparable state provisions in states other than Kentucky.
