207.160 Prohibited discriminatory acts by labor organization. No labor organization shall exclude or expel from its membership, or otherwise discriminate against individuals because of physical disability or on the basis of a human immunodeficiency virus related test; nor shall a labor organization limit, segregate, or classify its membership, nor classify or fail or refuse to refer for employment any individual with a disability, in any way which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual with a disability of employment opportunities, or otherwise affect employee status or employment applicant status or as would adversely affect such person's wages, hours or conditions of employment, because of physical disability or on the basis of a human immunodeficiency virus related test.
