196.730 Restriction on use of funds. Funds provided for use under the provisions of KRS 196.700 to 196.735 shall not be used for the operating costs, construction, or any other costs associated with local jail confinement. Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Created 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 255, sec. 7, effective July 14, 1992.
