194A.3821 Local government youth day camp -- License, permit, background checks. (1) (2) A local government youth day camp shall not be required: (a) To be licensed as a child care center as defined in KRS 199.894; or (b) To obtain a permit under KRS 211.180. A local government youth day camp shall comply with background checks required under KRS 194A.382. Effective: June 29, 2021 History: Created 2021 Ky. Acts ch. 90, sec. 4, effective June 29, 2021.
